Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services.
By entrusting your garments, footwear, or home fabrics to us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Delivery & Pickup
Scheduling
All pickup and delivery times must be scheduled in advance with Air & Dry and are subject to availability.
Non-Collection
If you do not collect your cleaned items within 30 days of notification, Air & Dry will not be responsible for their safety, storage condition, or further handling.
2. Damage & Liability
Careful Processing
We take the utmost care in cleaning and processing your items, using methods suited to each fabric or material. However, we cannot guarantee against pre-existing damage, weaknesses, or defects in the material.
Inherent Defects
We are not liable for tears, holes, fading, shrinkage, or any other damage caused by natural wear, sun exposure, chemical reactions, or fabric deterioration over time.
Dry-Cleaning Risks
Colour loss, bleeding, shrinkage, or texture changes may occur in delicate fabrics (including leather, suede, and embellished garments). Cleaning of leather, suede, and similarly sensitive materials is done entirely at your own risk.
Liability Cap
In the unlikely event of damage caused by our service, our total liability is limited to five (5) times the cleaning charge for the affected item, regardless of its brand, market value, or original condition.
Damage Claims
Any claim for damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your items, along with proof of receipt and service.
3. Loss of Garments or Items
Care in Handling
We maintain strict procedures to prevent loss or misplacement of items during processing and delivery.
Reporting Discrepancies
If any item is missing, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery notification. We will initiate an investigation immediately.
Liability Cap
Our maximum liability for any lost item is limited to five (5) times the cleaning charge for that garment, regardless of brand, market value, or original condition.
4. General Terms
Pricing & Payment
All rates are as published on our website or confirmed during booking. Payment is due upon delivery. We accept cash, card, UPI, and net banking.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with our service, we will re-clean or re-process your item at no additional cost (subject to our Satisfaction Guarantee policy).
Contactless Service
On request, Air & Dry offers fully contactless pickup and delivery for your safety and convenience.
Changes to Terms
Air & Dry reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
